We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method Please provide supporting images regarding your claim to Fragrance Du luxe customer service.

You may return any diffuser for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase or the date you received the diffuser.

The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all its parts and accessories.

Returned items must be in the original packaging and in working condition.

Essence returned without cap will not be refunded.
